14. Product delivery condition
    1. After the payment confirmation, we will proceed with shipping the products to the address provided by you.
    2. Shipping will be conducted only for locations within Thailand. However, we reserve the right to refuse to ship products to any location without needing to provide a reason for the refusal.
    3. Unless otherwise agreed, we will ship the products via the delivery service of Thailand Post or a private courier company to the address provided in your order submitted through the website.
    4. Although we make reasonable efforts to deliver products to you within 3-5 business days from the confirmation of your payment, we do not guarantee that we will be able to ship within this timeframe. The delivery date we provide is an estimated date and is not considered part of the agreement between you and us. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping, regardless of the cause.
    5. All products shipped and delivered to the address specified in your order will be considered as successfully delivered and the order completed. In the event that there is no recipient for the delivered product, we may, at our discretion, reattempt delivery. You will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the product.
    6. We recommend that you inspect the products immediately upon delivery within 7 days from the date you receive the product. If you find that the product is incorrect or defective, you may request a return by contacting us at 02-020-6000. The product must remain in good condition, unopened, and in a condition suitable for resale.
    7. In the case that the product was delivered incorrectly or is defective, you may return the product to us within 7 days from the date you received the product by calling us at 02-020-6000. Please ensure that the product is still unopened and in good condition for resale. If more than 7 days have passed, we will not process your return request.
    8. In the event that the product is returned to us because it could not be delivered, the order will be considered canceled, and we will refund the purchase price to you for the amount that was charged to you.
